-The blue project

My goal with this project is to follow the ebbs and flows of Blue's life. It will span several years, during which I will periodically meet with Blue to discuss his life, from his youth to his growing older. I have been collecting, and will continue to collect, voice notes, photos, letters, and videos of Blue throughout the years to come.

Currently, I view Blue as a kind, quiet, patient, and surprisingly open young man. He’s smart, with a lot on his mind. He has many thoughts but is careful about what he shares with others. Over the years, I want to observe how Blue’s character and values change as life unfolds, and one finds one’s place in society. I’m curious to see whether Blue stays open to sharing his thoughts, feelings, and experiences, or changes completely.
